Program summary (abstract):
The program is aimed at training highly qualified specialists able to speak both English and Russian and provides a depth of comprehensive knowledge in the field of methods of teaching English and Russian.
The program is focused on the development of professional skills in teaching English and Russian and involves the development of abilities to carry out organizational and managerical, scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical activities.
Graduates of the master’s program "English and Russian language" are trained to work as:
— A foreign language teacher in different types of educational organizations;
— A research worker at various types of research institutions;
— A methodologist of scientific and educational centers for training and retraining of a foreign language teacher;
— A specialist of additional education institutions.
7. The program is unique in that it involves the use of active and interactive forms of conducting lessons (seminars, discussions, business and role-playing games, trainings, student research and international webinars) in combination with extracurricular activities organized with the use of authentic media resources, e-learning system, a database of global information and communication portals and other features of modern information technologies.
Organization and support of individual educational paths of master’s program’s students is carried out with the use of the electronic support system for educational courses of Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University:

Foreign citizens with higher professional education confirmed by appropriate qualification and the level of English proficiency of at least B1 are invited to master the master’s program in this field of training.
